Position Overview

An established company is recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team in Abuja.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential applicants, assessing experience, skills, and education
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
• Update job requirements when needed and contact applicants' references
• Perform criminal background checks as required by the company
• Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education opportunities
• Develop plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Perform administrative tasks related to HR functions
• Oversee employee health and safety procedures
• Advise on company benefit needs and evaluate benefit contract bids
• Maintain employee records and paperwork
• Answer employee questions and address employee concerns with the company

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• CIPM Certification
• 3–10 years of relevant work experience
