About the Role

Abuja Clinics is recruiting an HR Manager to join our established organization. This position involves overseeing all human resources functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential applicants, assessing experience, skills, and education
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
• Update job requirements as needed and contact applicants' references
• Perform criminal background checks as required by company policy
• Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and educational opportunities
• Develop and implement plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Perform administrative tasks related to HR operations
• Oversee employee health and safety procedures
• Advise on company benefit needs and evaluate benefit contract bids
• Maintain employee records and paperwork, and address employee questions and concerns

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc Degree
• CIPM Certification
• 3–10 years of relevant work experience
