Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Ascentech Services Limited as HR Director. The HR Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the Human Resources function. The role oversees HR operations, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Director will drive HR initiatives that support the company's growth, culture, and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision
- Advise senior management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead HR transformation, culture building, and change management initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract skilled and qualified talent
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration programs for new hires
- Develop long-term workforce planning strategies
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies
- Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment between KPIs and business goals
- Train managers on effective performance management and coaching
- Develop improvement plans for underperforming employees
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and create programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures
- Ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary administration
- Review benefits packages and recommend improvements
