We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities
  • Security& Facility Oversight
  • Asset, Accommodation & Transport Management
  • Licenses and Govt. Administration
  • Admin Operations
  • Vendor Management
  • HR Support such as attendance tracking, schedule onboarding and recruitment, meeting management, record keeping,etc.
Key Deliverables
  • Attendance and HRMS dashboard, Visa & License Tracker, Admin Summary Reports.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc /HND in a related field with 2 - 3 years experience as an HR / Administrative Officer in a manufacturing company.
  • Must have hands- on experience and be ready to resume immediately.
  • Candidates living in close proximity to the location are preferred.
Core Focus Areas:
  • Attendance, HRMS, expatriate affairs, security, licenses, assets and vendor management.
