An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4years of HR experience,
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
