## Title: Housekeeper / Room Attendant

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team. In this position, you will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms and public areas to maintain 5-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites daily
Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies
Report maintenance issues promptly
Adhere to health and safety protocols
Uphold impeccable housekeeping and guest service standards

Education & Experience

Minimum of SSCE qualification
1 - 3 years' housekeeping experience in a hotel environment

Required Skills

Attention to detail and time management skills
Physical fitness for manual tasks
Basic communication and teamwork skills
Strong customer service orientation

General Requirements

Excellent grooming and personal presentation
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards
