Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces according to cleaning protocols
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities to meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Restock and maintain supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens in assigned areas and storage rooms
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris, adhering to waste management policies
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Handle guest requests or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, ensuring proper storage at the end of each shift
• Assist with laundry-related tasks as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
• Friendly and professional attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
