## Title: Housekeeper at Limewood Villa Hotel

Job Summary

Limewood Villa Hotel seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas are tidy, sanitary, and well-maintained to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all guest rooms and common areas to Limewood Villa Hotel standards, including floors, surfaces, and upholstered furniture
  • Change bed linens and arrange towels; restock bathroom and room supplies
  • Vacuum, dust, and perform detailed deep cleaning as required
  • Report and return any guest properties found during service
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as spills and broken glass
  • Collect and remove trash and debris from all areas
  • Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linens
  • Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
  • Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Clean and disinfect all equipment at the end of each shift and store properly
  • Report, turn in, and log all lost and found items
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members on assigned shifts
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with employees and guests
  • Understand and comply with company policies regarding work shifts, guest possessions, and privacy

Required Qualifications

  • OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping or hotel experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Physical strength and stamina to work long shifts
