Job Summary
Limewood Villa Hotel seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas are tidy, sanitary, and well-maintained to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all guest rooms and common areas to Limewood Villa Hotel standards, including floors, surfaces, and upholstered furniture
- Change bed linens and arrange towels; restock bathroom and room supplies
- Vacuum, dust, and perform detailed deep cleaning as required
- Report and return any guest properties found during service
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as spills and broken glass
- Collect and remove trash and debris from all areas
- Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linens
- Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Clean and disinfect all equipment at the end of each shift and store properly
- Report, turn in, and log all lost and found items
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members on assigned shifts
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with employees and guests
- Understand and comply with company policies regarding work shifts, guest possessions, and privacy
Required Qualifications
- OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping or hotel experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical strength and stamina to work long shifts
