Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities
• Ensure rooms are fresh, spotless, and comfortable for guests
• Report any room maintenance issues (lights, AC, plumbing)

Public Area Cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, restaurants, bars, and other common areas
• Ensure areas are presentable at all times

Laundry Management

• Handle washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linens and staff uniforms
• Ensure guest laundry services are delivered accurately and on time

Hygiene and Safety Standards

• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed in all areas
• Use correct cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Inventory and Supplies Control

• Manage stock of linens, cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and equipment
• Ensure items are well-stocked, accounted for, and used efficiently

Room Inspection

• Prepare rooms for supervisory inspection before guest use
• Ensure rooms meet quality standards

Interdepartmental Coordination

• Work with Front Desk to update room status (clean, dirty, out of order)
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs
• Support Food & Beverage during events by providing clean linens and setup materials
