About the Role
We are seeking a hardworking Housekeeper to join our dynamic team and enhance our guest service delivery. The Housekeeper will ensure that all assigned rooms, apartments, and facilities are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
- Make beds and replace linens and towels
- Restock toiletries and apartment supplies
- Report damages, repair needs, or safety hazards
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with laundry duties when required
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and residents
Requirements
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- Honest, reliable, and professional conduct
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
