About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site live-in position based in Lagos. As House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Children's Shelter, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage household staff
• Manage household schedules and daily routines
• Prepare and oversee meal planning and preparation
• Ensure high standards of service and resident satisfaction
• Conduct training sessions for household employees
• Maintain safe and efficient shelter operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience overseeing team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in staff training to maintain high service standards
• Proven people management capabilities
• Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in household management
• Experience in child care
• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Administration, or a related field
