About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business and driving sales revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies using direct sales, marketing campaigns, mailings, and social media
Create strategic plans that drive sales revenue and business growth
Identify areas of opportunity within the market and client base
Manage and optimize the performance of the sales team
Stay current with sales training programs and industry trends
Utilize all available sales and marketing resources effectively
