## Title: Hotel Manager
Major Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals
- Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
