Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high cleanliness standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate staff schedules, tasks, and performance management
• Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping supervision
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to train and manage housekeeping staff efficiently
• Attention to detail and knowledge of hygiene standards

Compensation

N170,000 - N200,000 per month
