About the Role

Trimm Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic and forward-looking Hostess to serve as the primary ambassador for our fine dining restaurant franchise. The ideal candidate will excel at "vibe management" and elite networking, as our clientele includes high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and corporate executives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide a sophisticated welcome that aligns with the restaurant's luxury branding
• Manage bookings using digital platforms, ensuring VIP tables are prioritized and walk-ins are handled discreetly
• Optimize dining room flow by balancing server sections while ensuring high-profile guests are seated in prime locations (booths, lagoon-view tables, etc.)
• Monitor lighting, music volume, and entryway cleanliness to maintain the fine dining atmosphere from the moment guests arrive
• Recognize regular guests and dignitaries by name, remembering seating preferences and dietary restrictions to provide personalized service
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, coat check services, and information about local dining and entertainment options

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum OND/HND; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English with ability to adapt communication style appropriately
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation logs
• Professional Demeanor: Ability to remain calm and composed during peak service hours (typically Friday and Saturday evenings)
• Experience: 2–5 years in customer-facing roles (Aviation, High-end Retail, or Hospitality). Prior fine dining experience in Lagos is an advantage
