  • We are looking for an elegant, friendly, and well-organized Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.
  • The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth guest flow within the restaurant.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments.
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception/hostess area.
  • Provide menus and assist guests with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate guest needs and table updates to the service team.
  • Handle reservations, waitlists, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience from entry to exit.
Requirements
  • Qualification: NCE / OND
  • Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and confident personality.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be punctual, polite, and customer-focused.
Schedule:
  • Full-time / Shift-based
  • Weekend and holiday availability required.
