About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Hospitality Sales Executive with strong experience in managing short-let, Airbnb, hotel, restaurant, lounge, or club operations. You will be responsible for growing revenue by attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hospitality offerings.
You must have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality market, and excel at converting leads into loyal guests and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business through cold calls, networking, site visits, and referrals
- Promote hospitality services including rooms, events, dining, memberships, and packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partners
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to drive brand visibility
- Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality sales (hotel, restaurant, lounge, events, or related fields)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
