## Title: Hospitality Sales Executive

About the Role

Join a leading organization as a Hospitality Sales Executive. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth by attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hospitality offerings. You will need strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality market, and the ability to convert leads into loyal guests and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through cold calls, networking, site visits, and referrals
  • Promote hospitality services including rooms, events, dining, memberships, and packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to drive brand visibility
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality sales (hotel, restaurant, lounge, events, or related)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
