Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Healthcare Customer Service Manager.
- The role involves overseeing daily customer service operations, managing a team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices to enhance service quality.
- The manager will also handle client interactions, address concerns, and develop strategies to improve customer relations and service efficiency within the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and service improvement
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer-centric results
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry or diagnostic services is a plus
