• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Health Information Management or Health Records and Biostatistics with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division, OR
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management with a minimum of Upper Credit

Required Experience and Credentials

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification experience
• Relevant professional registration (e.g., HRORBN)
• Completion of mandatory national service (NYSC)

Key Competencies

• Computer literacy, particularly with health information systems
• Proficiency in health record management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in medical coding
• Certification in data analysis
