Heads of Inclusion at Hope Payment Service Bank

JOB PURPOSE

• Oversee all activities under the Agency and Inclusion/Distribution division, ensuring effective monitoring and compliance with policies, regulations, and other requirements
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance for all Regional Managers to drive financial inclusion initiatives
• Lead product management, sales forecasting, income generation, and monitoring at different stages of product evolution for assigned regions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Development & Management

• Manage overall Inclusion and Distribution Product Management, including strategy on planning, budgets, product/service development, pricing, marketing, sales, and distribution
• Drive BVN and NIN enrolments across all regions
• Lead, motivate, and develop the agency and inclusion team to ensure business objectives and desired outcomes are achieved
• Champion product development and innovative solutions for acquiring Web and Point of Sales businesses, Merchant Services, and growing overall transaction revenues in line with the Bank's Financial Inclusion strategy

Business & Strategy Development

• Provide strategic financial inclusion management by identifying business growth opportunities including market penetration, market expansion, new markets, and new products/services
• Deliver growth strategies through the most cost-effective channels appropriate to respective segments
• Implement bank-wide go-to-market strategy for new initiatives, working with all relevant departments and stakeholders to drive execution

Product Portfolio Management

• Drive sustainable growth and acquisition of new customers through development and maintenance of quality products, propositions, and solutions pertinent to financial inclusion
• Build and maintain productive and strategic relations with stakeholders to drive the development and delivery of business solutions
