About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Head of Sales and CRM position. This is a leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, managing the sales team, and overseeing customer relationship management to achieve company revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the sales team by setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to ensure they create and maintain businesses while meeting and exceeding their targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services
- Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or related courses (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in HMO industry (mandatory)
Technical Skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software packages
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent selling and relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) operations
Managerial Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving skills
