About the Role

Yodabmic Consulting Services seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to lead its sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will drive commercial growth, develop strategic initiatives, and oversee all marketing activities across the organization's business chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial operations, ensuring efficient execution of sales and marketing activities across all business units
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Create brand visibility and awareness across Nigeria through targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns including digital, print, and event-based promotions to enhance brand positioning
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND or BSc in Social Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Commodity sales or FMCG

Required Skills and Attributes

• Result-driven personality with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel to operational locations in Ibadan and Ilorin, as well as other regions across Nigeria
