About the Role

The Head of People & Culture is a strategic and visionary leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources and culture strategy. This strategy will align with the company's mission of "Providing Value-Driven and Accessible Financial Services Through Innovation" and its core value of "People First."

This leader will be critical in nurturing a high-performance, inclusive, and ethical work environment across the company's extensive national network of over 500 branches. The role ensures the organization attracts, develops, engages, and retains the talent required to drive financial inclusion and economic resilience for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and low-income households.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People & Culture Leadership

• Develop, articulate, and execute the bank's People & Culture strategy as a direct enabler of the company's overall business goals, social mission, and commitment to sustainability
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Management Team on all matters related to organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and cultural development
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key P&C metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, training ROI) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Design and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract high-caliber professionals, particularly for roles supporting the bank's widespread financial inclusion and digital banking initiatives
• Develop strategic workforce and succession planning processes to ensure key positions have identified talent pipelines, mitigating operational risk in a large, multi-branch network
• Oversee the effective design and consistent delivery of comprehensive onboarding and induction programs that clearly embed the company's mission, vision, and core values
