Strivo Labs is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Head of Strategy & Operations to lead organisation-wide strategy execution, operational excellence, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

• Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the company's short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas across business units
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, OKRs/KPIs, and execution roadmaps
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with strategy
• Design, standardize, and optimize internal processes, workflows, and operating models
• Champion digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects and operational programs

Performance Management & Reporting

• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems to track organisational performance
• Lead quarterly business reviews, strategy check-ins, and performance evaluations
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Establish accountability structures and performance governance frameworks

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Finance, HR, Technology, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align priorities and drive organisational excellence
