About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead our sales operations. As the Head of Sales, you will lead a dynamic team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure our properties reach the right clients across key markets. Your success will be measured by real outcomes and tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on market engagement and client acquisition
- Expand the company's presence in key target areas through direct client interactions
- Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
- Drive team accountability and performance tracking to meet ambitious targets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
