## Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Head of Sales & Marketing will drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, lead the sales team, and manage key client accounts.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading and managing the sales team, setting targets, and tracking performance
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
  • Creating actionable plans to improve sales performance and achieve company goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Providing team support, motivation, and guidance to achieve organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
  • Strong sales and sales management skills with proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in account management and building key client relationships
  • Excellent team management skills with ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
