Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Head of Sales & Marketing will drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, lead the sales team, and manage key client accounts.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leading and managing the sales team, setting targets, and tracking performance
- Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Creating actionable plans to improve sales performance and achieve company goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
- Providing team support, motivation, and guidance to achieve organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
- Strong sales and sales management skills with proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated proficiency in account management and building key client relationships
- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
