Position Summary
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Sales to build and lead a world-class sales department. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth as the company continues to expand.
Location
Ikosi Ketu, Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships across relevant sectors (music studios, event centres, schools, churches)
- Identify new market opportunities and oversee market research initiatives
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and campaigns
- Track and monitor sales performance metrics, providing detailed reports to management
- Analyse customer needs and feedback to support product development and inventory decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in sales management within the music/audio equipment or consumer electronics industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and data-driven decision-making
- Passion for music, instruments, or sound engineering (strong advantage)
Compensation
N500,000 monthly
