About the Role
Triton International Company Limited is recruiting a Head of Sales to lead our sales operations in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a leadership opportunity with an established organization where you'll drive business growth and build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
- Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Align sales operations with marketing and project teams
- Set KPIs and ensure high performance across the department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 5–8 years proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials and products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a strategic mindset
