About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead sales operations and drive strategic retail growth. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail management, from store operations to team development and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure alignment with long-term business goals
- Monitor global and local retail trends to keep operations competitive and innovative
- Lead the evaluation, launch, relocation, or closure of retail stores based on commercial viability
- Build scalable retail systems that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Drive sales growth through new retail formats, pop-up stores, partnerships, and experiential initiatives
- Strengthen loyalty, customer engagement, and community presence
- Lead and develop high-performing regional and store teams with clear KPIs, coaching, and succession planning
- Champion a data-driven, customer-first culture with consistent premium brand execution across all stores
- Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels, accuracy, and loss prevention
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years' experience in retail management within a structured environment
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success driving revenue and operational excellence
- Deep understanding of customer behavior in premium fashion (children's apparel experience is an added advantage)
- Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing large, diverse teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
