## Title: Head of Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Head of Sales will lead the sales department and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
  • Manage and lead sales teams to achieve performance objectives
  • Oversee sales operations and processes
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ensure the sales team meets corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and sales operations
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
