About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Head of Sales and Operations. This is a ground-floor leadership role offering significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape commercial strategy across a diversified portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 30, 60, and 90-day commercial plans with data-informed strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets from Day 1
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals across all portfolio verticals
- Oversee commercial performance and revenue streams, identifying untapped opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including corporate clients, government agencies, and suppliers
- Provide market intelligence and shape commercial strategy through direct collaboration with leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business development and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior commercial, business development, or sales leadership role
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate leasing, retail fuel sales and operations, or B2B contract negotiation (preferably in construction)
- Strong existing network in the Abuja business environment is a significant advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: NGN 500,000 – NGN 800,000
- Performance Bonuses: Uncapped quarterly bonuses directly tied to revenue and deal targets. Top performers can significantly exceed base compensation
- Growth Potential: Exceptional performance will lead to equity consideration and advancement to a senior executive position as the portfolio scales
