Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Oversee branding, digital campaigns, and product promotions
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and ROI analysis
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in solar or energy sectors
• Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools
