Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video post-production at a professional level
• Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflows in film, TV, and digital media
• Demonstrated leadership experience within the post-production industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a post-production team
