Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of riders, customer success representatives, and vendor success managers
• Promote a culture of discipline and excellence within the team
• Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members

Logistics and Operations

• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks

Technology and Systems

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems to ensure seamless integration with operations
• Ensure compliance with technology-related regulations and standards

Office and Facility Management

• Manage office operations, including facilities, maintenance, and security
• Oversee the management of the oxygen plant, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Customer Success

• Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met

Performance Metrics and Analysis

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations
