About the Role

SmartCity Plc is seeking a full-time, hybrid Head of Marketing to lead its marketing initiatives at its Lagos location. As a senior marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing branding efforts, and overseeing campaigns to enhance public engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and vision
• Manage branding efforts and oversee marketing campaigns
• Enhance public engagement through strategic marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven expertise in Strategic Marketing and Campaign Development
• Strong Brand Management experience
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
• Strong Social Media Management skills
• Advanced Market Research and Data Analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to measure and optimize performance
• Leadership experience with proven ability to mentor and manage teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in real estate or infrastructure industries
