## Title: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

You will lead the marketing and sales team, oversee branding campaigns, run ads across social media and Google, and collaborate with other departments to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies
Lead and mentor the sales/marketing team to achieve targets
Plan, draft, and run effective ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Oversee brand strategy, content, and cross-channel communications
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI
Work closely with operations, HR, and legal teams for aligned growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years in marketing leadership with proven digital expertise
Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Ability to inspire, communicate, and lead diverse teams
Visionary mindset with results-oriented execution
