## Title: Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication

About the Role

God Is Good Motors (GIGM) is seeking a Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication to lead our marketing and communications initiatives. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing and communications programs that advance our brand, mission, and vision priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality marketing and communications content from concept through delivery that promote GIGM's brand, mission, and vision priorities
  • Develop engaging multi-channel content to support impactful campaigns
  • Lead priority projects through all phases—planning, execution, and monitoring—ensuring successful activation
  • Establish best practices for marketing program execution, including defining project scopes, outlining deliverables, timelines, and execution efforts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to identify new opportunities and drive greater engagement across proprietary projects
  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns to drive and improve quantifiable business metrics through innovative initiatives, including consumer demand (sales), customer satisfaction, and brand strength
  • Manage the company website and all social media pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
  • Handle inquiries and prepare press releases with management approval
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for effective brand value enhancement
  • Collaborate with team members to develop, organize, and manage company events, including Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Thank God It's Friday gatherings, employee bonding programs, and CSR initiatives
  • Translate business objectives into creative and executable corporate communications strategies and programs
  • Work with the Admin team to produce company-branded collateral and corporate gift items, including vendor identification and negotiation
  • Demonstrate strong judgment in identifying key trends and news elements to develop successful PR programs with both proactive and responsive strategies
