About the Role

Adron Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Land Acquisition to lead and manage all land sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will drive expansion goals, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure all acquisitions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead land sourcing, feasibility assessments, and due diligence processes
• Manage negotiations with landowners, agents, and community stakeholders
• Oversee documentation, legal processes, and regulatory approvals
• Develop acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the acquisition team

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or related field
• Minimum 7 years' experience in land acquisition or real estate
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of Abuja land laws and regulatory processes
