About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Investment Banking to lead and expand our investment banking division. In this strategic role, you will oversee all aspects of the division, providing leadership to a talented team of investment bankers while driving business development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of the entire investment banking division
• Lead and manage a team of investment bankers
• Advise clients on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Head of Investment Banking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience in the capital markets
