## Title: Head of Human Resources
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Head of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organizational strategic thinking and direction; establish human resources objectives aligned with organizational objectives
- Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities across talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations
- Manage human resources operations by overseeing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining of staff; plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions; maintain compensation structures; determine production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; design systems; accumulate resources; resolve problems; and implement organizational change
- Develop human resources operations budgets and financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; align monetary resources; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; and minimize the impact of variances
- Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicate and coordinate requirements; expedite fulfillment; evaluate milestone accomplishments; evaluate optional courses of action; and adjust assumptions and direction as needed
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyze information and applications
- Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate and enforce organizational standards
