The Role

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources Function to drive a positive workplace culture and support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of top talent
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Drive employee engagement and performance management
• Advise management on workforce planning and development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with leadership and senior management exposure
• Work experience in a large processing or manufacturing organisation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to align HR policies, practices and strategies to company goals
