About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated HR leader to oversee all human resources operations across West Africa, with a primary base in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations in West Africa, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance
• Collaborate with the London recruitment lead on regional recruitment initiatives
• Support global reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring West Africa metrics are integrated into broader HR dashboards and governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 12-15 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in substantive HR leadership roles at multinational organizations or top-tier Nigerian corporate entities

• Strong strategic HR expertise combined with operational delivery capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies
