About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced finance leader to drive financial strategy and operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the group
• Drive capital raising initiatives (debt and equity) and manage investor and lender relationships
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
• Manage debt portfolios and ensure covenant compliance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls
• Provide financial insights to management and lead the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing, corporate finance, and treasury management
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA)
