## Title: Head of Finance

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Head of Finance responsible for financial strategy, reporting, and operational budgeting. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, cost discipline, and financial transparency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting
Develop pricing and profitability models for delivery operations
Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
Oversee financial systems for rider payments, vendor contracts, and fleet costs
Provide financial dashboards and insights to management and investors
Coordinate funding activities and investor relations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ACA/ACCA certification preferred
7–10 years of experience in corporate or startup finance
Deep understanding of logistics cost modeling and digital payments
Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and fintech integrations

Compensation

N6,000,000 annually
