Position Overview

Reports To: Practice Director

This is a leadership role requiring a pivotal professional to oversee nursing operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered fertility and reproductive care. The successful candidate will lead and collaborate closely with the medical team, embryology team, and administrative staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based fertility and reproductive care
• Provide counselling and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatment, donor cycles, and surrogacy programs
• Administer fertility medications, monitor treatment protocols, and educate patients on correct usage, expectations, and side effects
• Oversee and coordinate donor and surrogacy programs, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards
• Perform family planning procedures and provide contraceptive counselling
• Deliver antenatal and postnatal care as part of comprehensive midwifery services
• Support and assist in clinical procedures including oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, sono-HSG, hysteroscopy, and intrauterine insemination (IUI)
• Provide chaperoning during monitoring scans
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
