Role Overview
The Head of Fashion Store Experience & Sales will combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, and people management to deliver a consistent premium customer experience, optimize store performance, and achieve strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail and sales operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Drive revenue growth across stores and emerging retail channels, including partnerships and experiential formats
- Optimize store operations, layouts, and visual merchandising for efficiency and premium customer experience
- Develop and coach high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and supporting succession planning
- Ensure inventory accuracy, timely replenishment, and strong loss-prevention measures
- Monitor compliance with brand standards and deliver insights through business reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in senior retail management, preferably in premium fashion or children's apparel
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven track record in revenue growth and operational excellence
- Proven leadership experience across multiple stores and markets with ability to drive results
- Proficiency in POS systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
