Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven professional with at least 7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within a Microfinance Bank. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in ensuring due diligence and effective risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit risk assessment and analysis
• Monitor and manage loan portfolio performance
• Develop and maintain credit scoring and reporting systems
• Implement credit policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Design and execute risk mitigation and due diligence strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a Microfinance Bank
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Relevant certifications in credit or risk management
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Strong leadership abilities
