## Title: Head of Electrical Technicians

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Head of Electrical Technicians to lead and supervise field technicians in executing high-quality solar system installations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians
Plan and oversee solar installation projects from start to finish
Conduct quality control checks on installations
Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
Ensure all safety protocols and standards are adhered to
Interface with clients during and after installation
Report project progress and challenges to management

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
4+ years' experience in solar installation and team supervision
Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills
In-depth knowledge of solar equipment, inverters, and electrical systems
Good communication and project management abilities

Compensation

N250,000 per month
