Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Experience professional to lead and manage our Customer Service Unit. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a real estate company and will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience across all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team
- Develop and implement customer service processes and standards
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee client communication before, during, and after property transactions
- Work closely with sales, operations, and property management teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate customer records and service reports
- Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND/BSc in any relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience
- Previous experience working with a real estate company (required)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a customer service team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
- Good organizational and reporting skills
Compensation
N300,000 monthly
